AUSHRA Labs

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 21 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AUSHRA Labs s.r.o. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use our mobile apps (the “Apps”) and the website aushralabs.com. It applies to every App we publish unless an App has its own privacy policy, in which case that policy takes precedence for that App. The Data safety section of each App’s Google Play listing shows which of the data categories below that App actually uses.

2. What we process and why

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts unless an App clearly requests them for a feature you choose to use. Depending on the App, we may process the following data.

DataPurposeLegal basis (GDPR)

Where processing is based on consent, the App asks you before any such data is sent, and you can change your choice at any time in the App’s privacy settings. Declining does not limit the App’s core features. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Service providers

We use the following processors. Each App uses only the providers it needs. They process data on our behalf under data processing terms, or as independent controllers where stated.

4. International transfers

Some providers are located in, or access data from, the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary measures.

5. How long we keep data

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Because the Apps use pseudonymous identifiers, please include the App name and, if possible, the identifier shown in the App’s settings so that we can find your data.

Send requests to support@aushralabs.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz), or the authority in your country of residence.

You can reset or delete your device’s advertising identifier and opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

7. Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and in the EU under the age of digital consent in your country (13–16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit access to personal data to people who need it and use providers with appropriate security certifications.

9. This website

aushralabs.com does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the requested page to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and keeps this data only for a short period.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our Apps or the law change. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, inform you in the App.
