Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile apps published by AUSHRA Labs s.r.o., Křemenáčová 90/6, Pitkovice, 104 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 24775967 (“we”, “us”), and of any subscriptions or in-app purchases offered in them (together, the “Apps”). By downloading or using an App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. All rights in the Apps, including software, design, text and graphics, remain with us or our licensors.
2. Acceptable use
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Apps except as permitted by law; circumvent purchase checks or technical protections; use the Apps to break the law or infringe the rights of others; or interfere with the operation of the Apps or the services they rely on.
3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Payment. Purchases are processed by Google Play and charged to the payment method in your Google account. The price, currency and billing period are shown before you confirm.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trials and introductory offers. If an offer includes a free trial or introductory price, the subscription converts to the regular price when the offer ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the Google Play app › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Restoring. You can restore purchases made with the same Google account using “Restore purchases” in the App.
- Price changes. If we change a subscription price, Google Play will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
Premium features are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. Where you are a consumer in the EU, by confirming the purchase you request immediate supply and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that content, to the extent the law allows this. Your other statutory rights, including rights for defective digital content, remain unaffected.
4. Changes and availability
We continuously improve the Apps and may add, change or remove features. We will not materially reduce features of an active paid subscription during the period you have already paid for. An App may require an internet connection, a supported operating system version and third-party services that are outside our control.
5. Third-party services
The Apps may contain ads or links to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
6. Liability
We provide the Apps with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
7. Termination
You may stop using an App at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Cancelling or ending access does not by itself entitle you to a refund, except where the law or Google Play’s refund policy provides otherwise.
8. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution; the competent body in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, inform you in the App. Continuing to use an App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
